What a wonderful time was had at the Claudette Caesar Foundation Fish Fry held on July 5th, 2021 on the grounds of Trustee, Karen Glasgow’s New York Residence.
A crowd came out in full support of the event and the Foundation and a whopping US$7,048, approximately $1.5 Million Guyana Dollars was raised!
Favorites on the food menu were jerk chicken, bbq chicken, fried fish, rice and peas and cakes, among other delicious desserts.
We take this opportunity to thank Karen for her hospitality, and all who came out and supported this great cause!
